Our Story

B973131 was born from a simple question: why should people in Bangladesh have to settle for anything less than a world-class online betting experience? At the time, most platforms weren't built with Bangladeshi users in mind — the payment methods weren't local, there was no Bangla language support, and customer service was only available in English or Hindi. b973131 was created to fill that gap.

From day one, we've had a single goal: to build a platform for people in Bangladesh where they can play their favourite games in their own language, using their own payment methods. That goal hasn't changed.

B973131 has earned the trust of millions of users across Bangladesh. Every day, thousands of people play, bet, and win on this platform. We consider that trust our greatest asset.

B973131 – For Bangladesh, By Bangladesh

Building a world-class online betting and gaming platform for Bangladesh was never going to be easy. Overcoming technical challenges, navigating regulatory complexities, and adapting to local payment systems — everything b973131 has achieved today is the result of a real journey.

We know that most mobile users in Bangladesh are on 3G or 4G networks, so every page and feature of b973131 is optimised to perform well even on limited data or slower connections. Our goal is to deliver the same quality experience whether you're in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Mymensingh, or anywhere near the Sundarbans.

Fair Play Guarantee

At b973131, every game outcome is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third-party organisations. This means no result can ever be manipulated against any player — every spin or bet is genuinely random. This transparency is the foundation of trust that our users rely on.

Odds in Sports Betting are set through a transparent process, based on international data feeds and statistics. b973131 has no ability to influence match outcomes and never attempts to — we are simply the platform. What happens on the field is final.

Privacy Is More Than a Policy to Us

The information you provide when registering at b973131 — your name, phone number, and payment details — is never sold or shared with third parties. Only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform is ever used. For more details, please visit our Privacy Policy page.

Responsible Gaming Is Part of Our Culture

B973131 is a platform for entertainment, not income. We want every user to play for fun and stay within their limits. That's why we offer deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. If you ever feel your gaming is getting out of control, don't hesitate to seek help. Our Responsible Gaming page has detailed guidelines and support resources.

FAQs

Answers to Common Questions About Account History & Betting

After logging in to b973131, tap or click the profile icon. You'll find two separate sections: "Bet History" and "Transaction History". Bet History shows the full details of each bet — which game or match you wagered on, the amount, the odds, and the outcome. Transaction History displays a record of all deposits and withdrawals, complete with dates, amounts, and status. The same information is available on the app — just tap "Account" or "History" in the bottom navigation. You can also filter records by a specific date range.

At b973131, the general rule for cancelled or suspended matches is straightforward — if a match never starts, or is abandoned before a minimum amount of play, the full stake is refunded. In football, bets are typically voided if fewer than 90 minutes are played. In cricket, bets may be voided if the required number of overs is not completed. If a match progresses far enough for a result to be determined, bets will be settled accordingly. In accumulator bets, any voided selection is removed and the remaining selections are used to settle the bet. Sport-specific rules are detailed on our Terms & Conditions page.
